After eight months of work, three villages now have access to safe drinking water through our wells program.
After eight months of planning and construction, we are proud to share that three rural villages now have reliable access to safe drinking water.
The project installed four deep-well pumps, trained local maintenance committees, and established a small repair fund so the pumps can be kept running for years to come. Nearly 2,400 residents benefit from the new water points, including 600 school children who previously walked more than two kilometres every morning.
Thank you to every donor who made this possible. The next phase will bring clean water to two more villages before the rainy season.
